Aleppo Soap is the oldest type of soap in history made only out of Olive and Laurel Oil. Unique to the middle-east for one reason: as there are no preservatives, once the soap is made (in a very unique way, google a video!) it is dried from March till September. You will find the producer's name hand-pressed on top of each soap. Note: it has no perfumes or scents. It is just Olive and Laurel Oil, and is therefore chosen by people wanting the most natural but also neutral soap possible. However, don't expect it to smell like a soap you buy at the grocery. Aleppo soap has nourishing, vitalizing and restructuring properties, given by the high percentage of fats contained in the oil.
